• Integrate solutions, processes and tools which enable teams to provide accurate and timely transport information, automate and improve communication, record the issue resolution processes digitally, and facilitate collaboration among the transport team.

• Successfully led the programme until it was suspended in May 2020 due to the global COVID-19 pandemic
